Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team within 60 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.
Pack Your Items
Carefully disassemble your Sactionals or remove your Sac covers and place them back into their original packaging or an appropriately sized shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of each box being returned.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized FedEx location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
